SHIPPING + RETURNS
All orders placed are processed and shipped within four business days of your order date from Ventura, California.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
We reuse packaging when shipping your product to help minimize our carbon footprint.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received must be made 3 days after delivery confirmation date to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found around the premises, but no longer than 15 days. Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit. For international orders, you will be responsible for the charges to ship your replacement.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 40 days from order date. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") are eligible for a replacement order or reimbursement or your original order costs, not including shipping charges.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn item(s) in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of items delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Sale items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
